Annual Events
Langley hosts a number of annual school-wide events throughout the year to build a sense of community among faculty, staff, students, and parents. Some of these fun events include:
Back-to-School Ice Cream Social
The Langley community celebrates the beginning of a new school year during an evening of fun and flavors.
Family Reunion Weekend
In 2007, alumni gathered on campus for a weekend of reunion activities, including the annual Fall Fair and an open house, where they caught up with former classmates and faculty members.
Fall Fair
The Fall Fair is a wonderful annual Langley tradition first started more than 50 years ago, featuring food, fun, games, and music for the entire community.
Grandparents & Special Friends Day
During this cherished event each fall, Langley invites grandparents and special friends to campus to spend a morning enjoying student musical performances, visiting classrooms, and meeting our faculty.
Tree Lighting
Langley celebrates the holiday season each December by coming together to sing carols and light up the evergreen tree in the quad.
Spring Fundraiser
With a different theme each year, this social event brings parents, faculty, and friends together to enjoy dinner, dancing, auctions, and raffles to raise funds for Langley’s financial aid and faculty professional development programs.
Family Fun Night
Held in early spring, Family Fun Night offers an evening of good, old-fashioned fun for all ages in the Solomon Athletic Center with food, games, and music.
