Transportation

The Langley School operates its own bus service and offers round-trip, one-way, and half-day noon bus transportation.

Langley Transportation

Langley has several riding options to best meet each family’s needs. Door-to-door service takes children directly from their homes to the school. Cluster stop service offers a central “cluster stop” location where the bus will pick up and drop off a group of children.

Bus routes change yearly depending on the families who contract for the service. Bus runs in past years have included McLean, Great Falls, Reston/North Herndon, Arlington, Vienna, and Falls Church locations.

All buses are driven by experienced drivers who are responsible for the same route each day, allowing them to get to know both parents and children. All drivers also carry cell phones for safety and easy communication with the school and parents. Langley buses have seat belts for all passengers.

The school can also assist parents in finding other nearby families who are interested in carpooling, a popular option at Langley.
