Campaign for the Jeffrey J. Sherman Arts Center
Langley is entering the final stages of construction on the Sherman Arts Center with the goal of holding the Class of 2008 graduation inside in June. More than $6 million has been raised for the Campaign for the Jeffrey J. Sherman Arts Center to date thanks to the support of Langley community members both past and present. There is still time to join the excitement! To reduce the amount of new long-term debt the school will incur with the project, we are committed to raising another $150,000 by the end of the school year.
Named in honor of Langley’s former Board president, Jeffrey Sherman, the state-of-the-art building will serve as the foundation for elevating Langley’s outstanding arts programs, while providing the school with the necessary classroom space to reduce class sizes across all grades. It will also offer a wonderful gathering space for students, faculty, and parents, and will enable Langley to offer a student lunch program five days a week.
