Summer Studio

Registration for Langley's 2008 Summer Studio program is currently under way. Registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis and may be submitted by mail or online.

Registration by Mail
Click here to download the 2008 registration form in a new window, type in your responses to the questions directly on the form, and print it out. Completed paper forms may be mailed with the non-refundable deposit of $50 per class per week. We do not accept faxes of registration forms. Paper registration forms should be mailed with payment by check or credit card (Visa/MasterCard) to:

Online Registration
Online registration is new this year! In order to register online, you will need to log into an existing account or create an account. If your child attends The Langley School for the 2007-2008 academic year and you have registered him/her for an after-school enrichment class or a vacation camp day program, please log in as a returning user. All other individuals will need to create new accounts.

Registration Deadlines
Registration for classes during weeks 1, 2, 4, and 5 will close at 12:00 p.m. on the Friday of the prior week. Due to the Fourth of July holiday, registration for week 3 will close on Wednesday, July 1 at 12:00 p.m. Please contact the Summer Studio Office at (703) 356-1920, ext.849 if you have any questions. 

Cancellation and Refund Policy
The Langley School Summer Studio reserves the right to cancel any program due to insufficient enrollment. A full refund will be granted if a class is cancelled. Any cancellations will be announced by June 1, 2008. Deposits are non-refundable. Refunds are not granted for withdrawals after May 1. Parents must inform the Summer Studio Office in writing if they are withdrawing their child from any program. Full refunds are granted if a program is full. There are no refunds for absences; there is no provision for make-up classes. No refund will be granted in the event of dismissal for inappropriate or unsafe conduct.

Deposit and Payment
A non-refundable deposit of $50 per class per week must accompany the registration form. The deposit is per class per week and not a flat fee per child. The deposit amount is deducted from the total tuition due. Full payment is due on or before May 1, 2008. If final payment is not received by May 1, the space will be forfeited and given to the next person on the waiting list. If you register after May 1, 2008, full payment is due at the time of registration. A fee of $25 will be charged for any check we are unable to deposit, or not honored by your bank.

After You Register
Following receipt of registration, you will receive a confirmation of classes for which you have registered, an immunization form, and a statement, including balance due by May 1. During the week of June 9-13, staff will be available during designated times to accept outstanding immunization forms, accept life-threatening emergency medication, complete the proof of identification process, and give tours of campus.
