Teaching Fellowship Program

Launched in 2025, Langley's Teaching Fellowship Program is designed to prepare educators to teach in the independent school setting. The two-year program includes valuable classroom, school, and professional development opportunities. 

Program Goals:

  • Develop and train emerging educators in grades 1-8 through an immersive, mentored experience.
  • Provide personalized programming to meet the individual needs of the fellows.
  • Positively impact the experience of Langley students and teachers.
  • Prepare fellows for their next placement in an independent school.

Pay and Benefits:

  • Fellows will be paid an entry-level salary and receive full benefits.

Program Areas of Focus:

Over the course of this two-year experience, the fellowship program will focus on these core areas: mentorship, observations, professional development, teaching, research/digital portfolio, classroom experience, and career counseling.
