Application Process

Primary School (Grades PS-K)

Apply

You may submit the application along with the $75 application fee at any time prior to the deadline. To be considered for the preschool program, students must be three years of age by September 30 of the year they start school. Students applying to junior kindergarten and kindergarten must be four and five years old, respectively, by September 30 of the year they start school.

Interview

We require a brief, virtual parent/guardian interview for all applicants. You can schedule this through the application portal once you have submitted your application. The interview must be complete by January 31, 2025.

Visit

Preschool, junior kindergarten, and kindergarten applicants will be invited to campus for a group playdate. You will be able to schedule your visit through the application portal once you have submitted your application.

Recommendations

If your child is currently enrolled in a daycare or school program, we ask for a recommendation from the current teacher. The teacher recommendation must be submitted no later than January 31, 2025.

Lower School (Grades 1-5)

Applicants to grades 2-5 will be invited to participate in a shadow day. You will be able to schedule this visit through the application portal once you have submitted your application.

We require a recommendation from the applicant’s current classroom teacher along with current transcripts. You will be able to request these through the application portal once you have submitted your application. The teacher recommendation and transcript must be submitted no later than January 31, 2025.

Assessment

Applicants to grades 2-5 are required to complete a math and reading assessment.

Middle School (Grades 6-8)

Assessment and Student Interview

Middle School applicants are required to complete a math assessment, reading assessment, brief essay, and interview.
