Directions to The Langley School

From Washington, DC, or Maryland via Chain Bridge:

Cross the Potomac River over Chain Bridge into Virginia. Turn right at the stoplight at the end of the bridge onto Chain Bridge Road (Route 123 South). Travel approximately five miles and turn right onto Lewinsville Road. Take an immediate right turn at the next stoplight onto Balls Hill Road. Proceed past the McLean Government Center and Police Station and turn right into The Langley School parking lot.

From the Outer Loop of the Beltway:

As you cross the Potomac River from Maryland, stay in the far right lane and take the first Virginia exit, marked George Washington Parkway and Georgetown Pike, exits 43 and 44 (one ramp for both). The parkway exits first, to the right (stay to the left). Follow exit 44 (Georgetown Pike (193)/Langley and Great Falls), the second turnoff, and shift to the right lane of that exit area. (The left lane of that exit will feed you back onto the Beltway.)

Once you are on the exit 44 ramp, get in the left lane. At the stoplight at the top of the ramp, turn left onto Georgetown Pike (Route 193 East). Proceed to the second stoplight, which comes very quickly, and turn right onto Balls Hill Road. Go approximately one mile. You will cross Old Dominion Drive at the first stoplight you encounter. Proceed on Balls Hill Road for approximately one-half mile. The Langley School will be on the left; use the second (entrance-only) driveway.

From the Inner Loop of the Beltway and Tysons Corner:

From the Virginia side of the Beltway (Falls Church, Springfield, Annandale, Alexandria, etc.), take Exit 46B, Route 123 North into McLean. Go through three stoplights; at the fourth stoplight get into the double left-turn lane (use right lane), and turn onto Lewinsville Road. Take an immediate right turn onto Balls Hill Road, go past the McLean Government Center and Police Station, and make a right turn into The Langley School parking lot.

From the Center of McLean:

Take Old Dominion Drive into McLean and turn left onto Dolley Madison Boulevard (Route 123). At the next stoplight, turn right onto Lewinsville Road, and then take an immediate right turn onto Balls Hill Road. After passing the McLean Government Center and Police Station, turn right into The Langley School parking lot.
