Second-graders celebrated the completion of their culture and heritage unit with family and friends. Students shared their culminating research project in which they interviewed someone from a country of their choosing and gathered information to present on a trifold about various aspects of the country, including geography, arts, traditions, celebrations, and customs. Students and their guests then enjoyed a special luncheon featuring dishes from the countries they studied.
