Langley’s sports teams wrapped up an incredible fall season! Four of our teams brought home Capital Athletic Conference (CAC) championships, and every team qualified for postseason play.
- Soccer: 2025 was another strong season for Langley soccer. The girls' varsity team captured its 29th league championship, winning this year’s CAC title. All four Langley soccer teams advanced to their respective CAC championship games for the third time in six years – a remarkable accomplishment that no other CAC school has achieved more than once over the same span.
- Volleyball: The girls' varsity volleyball team capped off a strong season with an impressive fourth-place finish at the Norwood Invitational Tournament.
- Cross Country: Building on last year’s success, our cross country team continued to impress with multiple top-five finishes for both teams and individuals across the DMV. The squad dominated at the CAC Championships, where the varsity boys, JV boys, and JV girls all won CAC team titles.
