Students in grades 7 and 8 kicked off the year with a series of off-campus, grade-level trips that fostered team-building and bonding. Eighth-graders went on a three-day overnight adventure to Wisp Resort in Deep Creek, MD, where they enjoyed activities at Wisp Mountain Park and Deep Creek State Park and had fun whitewater rafting. Seventh-graders took part in three days of activities, including a ropes course at Sandy Spring Adventure Park, whitewater rafting at Harpers Ferry Adventure Center, and an Amazing Alexandria Race in Old Town Alexandria.
