Students in grades 7 and 8 kicked off the year with off-campus, grade-level trips this week that fostered team-building and bonding. Eighth-graders went on a three-day overnight adventure to Wisp Resort in Deep Creek, MD, where they enjoyed activities at Wisp Mountain, volunteered at an animal rescue and adoption facility, and spent time reflecting and intention-setting. Seventh-graders took part in two days of activities, including a ropes course at Sandy Spring Adventure Park and whitewater rafting at Harpers Ferry Adventure Center.
