Summer Studio offers cluster-stop bus service in McLean, Great Falls, North Arlington, and Vienna for an additional fee. Busing options are morning, mid-day, afternoon, or round-trip. Registration is for the entire week.
Contact us to participate in camp busing. Families choosing to participate are contacted one week prior to their start at camp to confirm the exact location of the cluster stop as well as pick-up and drop-off times. In the event of your child’s illness or absence, please contact us as soon as possible. There is no refund for cancellations or absences on the bus.
If no adult is present at the drop-off location to receive the camper, he or she will be brought back to The Langley School at the completion of the route. For mid-day busing, the camper will wait in the Summer Studio Office until pick-up. For afternoon busing, he or she will join Extend the Fun. In both cases, parents/guardians will be charged the extended care drop-in fee of $20 per day.
Extend the Fun After-Care
Extend the Fun is open to campers in grades JK-8 from 3:30 - 5:00 p.m. daily. Campers may attend Extend the Fun for the week or on a drop-in basis. The weekly fee for Extend the Fun is $80. To participate, campers must register through their online account.
The drop-in fee for Extend the Fun is $20 per day. Children not picked up during afternoon carpool will be sent to Extend the Fun and parents/guardians will be charged accordingly. Drop-in fees will be charged after the date of attendance to the credit card on file.
Campers will receive one Summer Studio t-shirt. Shirts will be distributed during your child’s first week of camp.
